Your photo stays on your device. Face detection and background removal also run on your device.

This tool crops your signature to 140 x 60 pixels and keeps the file between 30 and 49 KB. Note the unusual minimum: many exams cap signatures at 20 KB, but an RRB signature under 30 KB is outside the rule.

Sign it yourself with a black ink pen on white paper, in running (joined) handwriting. RRB checks your photo and signature again at the CBT.

Frequently asked questions

Why must my RRB signature be at least 30 KB?

CEN 06/2025 sets the range at 30 KB to 49 KB. A heavily compressed file under 30 KB is outside it, even if it looks fine.

Can someone else sign for me?

No. The RRB FAQ says the signature must be written by the candidate only.

Is my signature uploaded to a server?

No. Cropping, whitening and compression all run inside your browser. The signature image never leaves your device and nothing is stored.

What is the RRB NTPC Signature size in pixels?

140 x 60 pixels (width x height) is what this tool produces for the RRB NTPC Signature.

What is the RRB NTPC Signature size in KB?

The file must be 30 to 49 KB. The tool compresses your signature to fit automatically.

What is the RRB NTPC Signature size in cm, mm or inches?

35 x 20 mm.

How do I resize my RRB NTPC Signature online?

Pick your scanned signature in the tool on this page, crop it with Zoom and Move, then download the JPG. It is free and works on any phone or computer.
