IBPS PO / Clerk Signature Size & Free Resizer
The IBPS notification (CRP PO-XVI) asks you to sign on white paper with a black ink pen and upload a JPG/JPEG of 140 x 60 pixels (preferred), between 10 KB and 20 KB. A signature in capital letters is not accepted.
JPG, PNG or WebP · you can also paste (Ctrl+V)
This tool crops your signature to 140 x 60 pixels and compresses it into the 10 to 20 KB range. If you scan instead of photographing the page, IBPS recommends at least 200 dpi in true colour, cropped to the edge of the signature.
Your uploaded signature is compared with the one you sign on the attendance sheet or call letter at the exam. If they do not match, IBPS says you can be disqualified.

How to make your IBPS PO / Clerk Signature in 4 steps
- Sign on plain white paper in the ink colour your form asks for (usually black), keeping the signature inside a small box.
- Photograph or scan the signature in even light, with no shadows across the paper.
- Pick the image in the tool, tap "Make paper white" if needed, then use Zoom and Move to crop tightly around the signature box.
- Check that the size and file size lines show ✅ (10 to 20 KB), then tap Download and upload the JPG.
Common reasons this signature is rejected
- Signing in capital letters.
- A file over 20 KB. The form shows an error message when the size or format is wrong.
- A smudged or blurred signature, which can get the application rejected.
- Uploading the signature where the photo should go, which IBPS says can stop you from appearing in the exam.
